OMANARP operates under an open access model, meaning all articles are freely available to readers upon publication. To support this, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC), which covers the costs of the editorial process, peer review, publication, and dissemination.

The APC is $100; Develop Nations, $50 USD Africa; ₦30,000 Naira (Nigeria), depending on the author's preferred currency.

Payment of the APC is required only after the article is accepted for publication.
