Submission Guidelines

To submit your manuscript for consideration, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Article Types Accepted:
  • Research Articles: Original research based on empirical studies, experiments, or theoretical work.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of the literature, offering insights into current trends or future directions in a specific area.
  • Case Studies: Detailed reports on a specific instance or example of research application or practical implementation.
  • Short Communications: Brief articles presenting a concise report of research or a timely observation on a specific issue.
  • Commentaries and Opinion Pieces: Critical discussions on current trends or emerging research topics.
  1. Manuscript Preparation:
  • Articles must be formatted according to the journal’s specific submission template (available on the journal website).
  • The manuscript should include:
    • Title: A clear, concise title of the study.
    • Abstract: A summary of the study’s objectives, methods, and key findings (maximum 250 words).
    • Keywords: 4-6 keywords that best describe the content of the article.
    • Main Text: Organized sections including: Introduction, Literature Review, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Recommendation and References.
    • References: Use APA, MLA, Chicago, or another citation style as required by the journal.
  1. Ethical Considerations:
  • Manuscripts must adhere to ethical guidelines, including proper citation and avoiding plagiarism. Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest, funding sources, and ethical approval for research involving human or animal subjects.
  1. Peer Review:
  • All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartiality and academic integrity.
  • Authors will be notified of the decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection) after the review process is complete.
  1. Submission Process:
  • Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted via the online submission portal available on the OMANARP website.
  • Email Submissions: Alternatively, manuscripts may be submitted by email to: omanarpsubmission@gmail.com.
  • Submission Fee: No submission fee is required. However, an Article Processing Charge (APC) will apply upon acceptance for publication.
  1. Formatting:
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Word (doc.) format.
  • Diagrams, tables, and figures should be clearly labeled and referenced within the text.

  • File Formats: Manuscripts should be submitted in Word (doc) format. Figures and tables should be included in the manuscript or uploaded as separate files.
  • Manuscript Structure: All manuscripts should follow the general structure outlined below:
    • Title: A clear, concise title describing your research.
    • Abstract: A structured abstract (200-300 words) summarizing the key aspects of your research, including the background, methodology, results, recommendations and conclusions.
    • Keywords: Provide 4-6 relevant keywords to help index and categorize your article.
    • Introduction: Outline the background, objectives, research questions and significance of your study.
    • Methods: Describe the research methods, materials, and procedures used in your study.
    • Results: Present the findings of your research in a clear and concise manner.
    • Discussion/Conclusion: Discuss the implications of your findings, their contribution to the field, and potential avenues for future research.
    • References: Use appropriate citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.). Ensure that all references are cited correctly in the text and listed alphabetically at the end of your manuscript.
